By contributing, you agree to not distribute the image of My Ex in any format. If you do not agree to this and you send money, I may not return your money, and you will not receive a photo or placement on the home page. The minimum contribution amount is $1 and the maximum contribution is whatever is left to meet the $1400 quota. When you contribute, you will not own any part of the homepage, this site or the photo of My Ex, but rather you are granted the right to submit a link which will then be published on the homepage and Contributors page. You cannot change link once you have submitted it, so you must be sure the link you want on the homepage, which will be there for at least 1 year. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your link, such as your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc. If your contribution is accepted and the link is accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund. The site and homepage will be remain online until September 18, 2009, but possibly even longer. No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and I decide what is appropriate for my site. If you submit an image or link I and I reject it, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative image and link, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will not get a photo or placement on the home page. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your graphic and link will be removed from the site, and you will not get a refund of any kind. Don't be a jerk. If for whatever reason in the future you want your link removed from the homepage, I will do that, but you will not get a refund and and I may replace it with whatever I want.
